Gourav Jaswal Director	Gourav Jaswal is the founder and Director of Synapse and it’s group companies. He has been working for the past 15 years in diverse areas related to information and its relation to business. His previous experience includes being the founding chief executive of a media company where he headed two hundred people and launched five print magazines, and two major Internet properties.		Deven Shah Business Head Money Mentor	Deven’s work experience across a decade is an interesting mix of financial services, technology, internet marketing & communication. He worked with Synapse for 6 years before taking up the role of Business Head at Money Mentor. He is extremely passionate about investor education and financial literacy. His interests include yoga, table tennis, cooking and interacting with kids.

Sirish Nimmagadda Business Head Synapse	A graduate of MICA, Sirish has worked in the print media (Mid Day, ABP) in functions that span strategic planning and development. He also has experience in marketing communication and web design. His interests include quizzing, travel books, and movies.		Mohan Krishnan Business Head Synapse	Mohan heads the Project Group III at Synapse and manages clients like Microsoft and Sharekhan. He is the man for doing daunting tasks like putting together a book on data analytics, writing a whitepaper on enterprise technology, and also oversees the finances of Synapse.
Ravishankar Business Head Synapse	Ravi heads Project Group I, a team that manages marcomm and branding for key clients like CRY, Tata Capital and Sybase. Before Synapse, he worked with Zee Network (helped launch ZeeNEXT) and Bharti Airtel. Then he took a break to launch a restaurant in Bangalore (his weekend cook-outs continue to be very popular).		Gurpreet Singh Business Head Dot Ahead	A usability engineering enthusiast, Gurpreet is an IT Masters from Symbiosis. He is the business head for DotAhead, an organisation that helps companies leverage the web to meet their business objectives. He is also a great cook and no one goes hungry at the parties organised by him.
Gurunandan Bhat Business Head Dygnos	A PhD from IIT Kanpur, ‘Guru’ has for over two decades used technology to solve organisational problems. He was instrumental in the setting up one of India’s first fiber-based Campus-wide Computing Networks as well as a video-based, satellite broadcast, distance education network. He is the Business head for Dygnos, a company that builds software Dashboards.		Maneesha Singh Business Head Visual Juju	A post-graduate from MICA, Maneesha specializes in Brand Management. She is the business head for Visual Juju, a company that provides solutions in the world of Motion Graphics. The tools we use to achieve this are Video, Animation, 3D graphics and many more. She is also responsible for ‘Gulnar’ a brand of Handmade Natural Beauty Products.
